From I-75 North & South of Atlanta: Take I-285 West to Exit 62 Spur 14 S. Fulton Pkwy, then below.

From I-20 heading West: Take I-285 heading south to Exit 62 Spur 14 S. Fulton Pkwy, then below.

From I-85 heading South: Take Exit 69 Spur 14 S. Fulton Pkwy from South Fulton Pkwy, then below.

Below for all directions above: Stay on S. Fulton Pkwy for 7.5 miles then Right on Hwy 92 Campbellton Fairburn Rd. Go 4.5 miles then Left on Hwy 70 Cascade Palmetto Rd. Go 0.3 miles then Right on Cochran Mill Rd. Go 1.7 miles then Right at 4-way stop on Cedar Grove Rd. Competition entrance 1.8 miles on Right.

From I-20 heading East: Take Exit 37 Hwy 92 Fairburn/Douglasville; end of ramp go Right on 92 South/ Fairburn Rd. Go 5.2 miles then go Right at light staying on 92 South Fairburn Rd. Go for 4.2 miles then at light go Right on Cascade Palmetto Rd. Go 0.3 miles then Right on Cochran Mill Rd. Go 1.7 miles then Right at 4-way stop on Cedar Grove Rd. Competition entrance 1.8 miles on Right.

From I-85 heading North: Take Exit 61 Hwy 74, Fairburn; end of ramp go left heading North on 74. When the 4-lane lane turns into a 2-lane, stay straight (do not continue on 74; go straight for 2.3 miles until the road dead ends into Rivertown. Go left on Rivertown for 3.5 miles to S. Fulton Pkwy. Cross over S. Fulton Pkwy staying on Rivertown for 2 miles then right at the 4-way stop on Cochran Mill Rd. Go for 3 miles, then left at the 4-way stop on Cedar Grove Rd. Competition entrance 1.8 miles on Right.

Stabling: $ 50/ night  $25 day stall  $50 Tack Stall   . No initial bedding included. $50 Stall cleaning deposit.

Grounds Fee: $25   horses not stabled on grounds/ and day haulers.

Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $15 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Entry less $50 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation-partial credit.  Choose one name in your group for the  “Stable With” question.

Non-Competing Horses: are welcome. The fee is $ 25. Enter them on www.evententries.com  They must wear a bridle number when out of the stall and may not be in warm-up rings while competition is in progress.

Entries:
Entry fee: a $20 non-refundable office fee. XC Pinny/Holder/Insert required. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $20 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Entry less $50 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Refunds must be processed and may take up to 2-3 weeks or more to be issued. Competition cancellation-partial credit. Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses. There will be a $50 fee for any late entries. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information can be found at www.usef.org.

Dressage:
Test & arena sizes: All USDF and Eventing Tests will be in 20×40 arenas. FEI and USEF Dressage tests will be 20×60 arenas.   For CT & HT tests are: Amoeba (Intro Test B), Starter (USEA Starter), BN – Preliminary will use Test A for the corresponding level.

Cross-Country:
Distances and Speeds TBD. All courses: Given the terrain, all levels will be flowing and progressively minded. Terrain: Well established turf on rolling sandy loam soils.

Other Information:
NOTHING WITH WHEELS ALLOWED ON THE CROSS-COUNTRY COURSES OR ROADS AROUND THE COURSES. Park golf carts/scooters/bikes near the start box to access courses on foot.

Entry Limit: 240 permanent stalls. Riders limited 3 horses/level or 5 horses/entire event. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant, state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed.

Stabling is available Friday after 12pm. Do not plan to arrive earlier than 4pm.

PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also USEF GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding or lounging a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”

No qualifications are required to enter this show

Year End Awards Eligibility

  • You must have participated in any schooling show at Bouckaert Farm between November 22, 2025 and November 26, 2026.

2) Rider must show proof of 8 volunteer hours by rider or a person closely connected to the rider.

3) To be eligible for a Year End Award:

  1. 3-Phase Eventing: At least one clear jumping round on XC in Amoeba – Modified/Training classes.
  2. Combined Test: Complete the 2 phases.
  3. Dressage: Two scores at 60% or above.

4) The Volunteer and Show qualifying period is: November 22, 2025 – November 26, 2026 (includes the December 2025 show).

5) If you qualify for Year End Awards in Dressage and 3-Phase with the same horse/rider combination, you may enter both classes. If you qualify for Year End Awards in Dressage and Combined Test with the same horse rider combination, you may enter both classes.

6) A horse or pony may be ridden by two separate riders in the Amoeba CT, Tadpole CT or Dressage Intro C if scheduling permits.

 YEAR END AWARDS

Trainer’s Award: There will be a Trainer’s Award for 3-Phase classes. The winner will be determined by the finish place of the top 3 (three) riders of each team. If there is a draw, it will be decided on the finish place in the highest division.

Year End Awards: Prizes to 3rd place and Ribbons to sixth place for each class.

Jr/YR Classes: A Jr/YR is eligible to compete in Jr/YR classes until the end of the calendar year in which they reach age 21. Birthdate required on entry.

Adult Classes: Open to riders from the beginning of the calendar year they reach age 22. Birthday required on entry.

Open Classes: Open to all riders.
